Requirements

Reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Data, Analytics & Performance, the Manager, Business Intelligence (BI) will drive the innovative use of data, information and analytics to meet the evolving needs of the Network. In the midst of an ambitious enterprise data warehouse initiative and BI launch, the role is responsible for developing the Network’s BI roadmap, technical capabilities, processes and policies. The incumbent will lead and support various initiatives that advance quality of care, efficiency and evidence-based decision making. The Manager, Business Intelligence will achieve their objectives by leading/working with a team of developers, analysts and subject matter experts in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of BI and other information platforms across the Network.
